Order Processing:
We are open 9am-5pm EST Mon-Fri and are closed on weekends. All orders are shipped the day they are received, any order placed after 3pm will be shipped the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
Returns & Exchanges (directly from Kurgo.com):
Kurgo only accepts returns/exchanges for products purchased from www.Kurgo.com. Enclosed in the original shipping carton you will find a Return and Exchange Form and a prepaid Merchandise Return Label. Please fill out the form and enclose in return box. Affix the label over the original shipping label on your package and leave at your mailbox or drop off at your nearest post office. For returns/exchanges you have purchased from one of our Vendor Retailer Stores please contact them directly for their return/exchange policy. Any exchanges not purchased directly from Kurgo will be returned to sender.
Returns:

Please allow 5-7 business days to be refunded the original purchase price for your return, shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds for returns will not be processed until product is received at Kurgo and will be processed in the original form of payment.
