All refunds and exchanges must be obtained through the original place of purchase.

Warranty:
All Kurgo products are covered by a 12 month Warranty against materials and workmanship defects. All warranty returns must be accompanied by a Warranty Return Form and original receipt if possible. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, Kurgo reserves the right to make all determinations as to the use of this policy. Products failing due to normal wear and tear, abuse, accident, critters, or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time will be repaired for a nominal fee. We will not repair product requiring a fee unless approved. To ship items in for warranty, you can use any carrier you want, we recommend you obtain a tracking
number from you carrier. ALL items must be addressed as:
