Kurgo Pro Program Application

Please fill out this form to request membership in the Kurgo Pro Program.
This program is for qualified members employed in the pet industry, outdoor industry, or other career professionals that require the benefits of Kurgo Dog Gear. We invite industry retail employees, trainers, groomers, dog care professionals, veterinary doctors, and employees of veterinary practices or animal hospitals. We also invite guides, outdoor professionals, athletes, first responders, active military, and similar.
Attention Government Professionals: Please use your personal email address instead of government email to avoid email delivery issues.

Terms & Conditions

• All applications to the Pro Program will be reviewed within 72 hours and acceptance or rejection will be sent in a separate email with login information. Acceptance to the program is at the sole discretion of Kurgo.
• Membership is for 1 year following application. Pros will need to re-apply each year for consideration.
• Pro Program is for the sole use of the approved customer. You may only order items for yourself and dog(s). Purchasing gifts or for family, friends and co-workers is not allowed except during promotional periods when offered by Kurgo.
• To receive pro pricing, you must be logged into Kurgo.com under the approved Pro login credentials provided. Until you login, you will see regular retail prices. No phone orders will be accepted.
• Purchases must be prepaid by credit card.
• Pro Program purchasers pay applicable sales tax and pay regular shipping rates.
• Offers, coupons and discounts exclusive to Kurgo.com cannot be used for Pro Program purchases.
• Pro Program Sales can be returned within 30 days of ordering. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to send back returns and for new items shipped. You must follow our returns process and get a Return Authorization number. If you return items without a RA#, your order may get lost and will not be refunded.
• Please respect all pro rules and do not abuse this privilege. This allows us to offer a Pro Program and support all of you doing what you do to support animal welfare.
